The apartment was fairly clean and located short walk to "everything " so to speak, the centre, and the beach and city center. Its location was marvellous and particularly good, 5 mins drive from a lively central beach.

The location of this place is fantastic, as it's just a short walk away from Mercado Neighbourhood and close to everything.

In general, it’s excellent base for staying in Alicante. Good prices are not the only benefit here.

The location of Downtown Apartments was perfect, close to the city center. We were welcomed by a friendly host and the apartment had a spacious bathroom. We enjoyed having breakfast with croissants and found that the nearby Cabana Grill was the best spot for evening drinks. I can definitely recommend this place.

The apartment was very spacious with plenty of natural light. We enjoyed having three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a comfortable bed. the location was great, with easy access to downtown areas, the castle, and the historic center. There were shops around the corner and free parking a few blocks away, which was convenient. the host was also very attentive.

The apartment seemed to still be in the process of renovation, with some finishing work and details that needed attention. the bathroom facilities were in need of improvement, especially the showers.

I always choose this place for my stay. Staff is so helpful, they even found my lost car keys! It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, off-site car park, air conditioning, and express check-in. Coming back for the weekend.
